Atlas offers comprehensive healthcare coverage to all regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents, including same-sex spouses. We offer coverage the first of the month following the hire date to ensure our employees are insured upon hire. Employees who are covered through another healthcare program can elect to opt out of medical coverage with the Company and receive an annual credit.
